St. Peter’s Hospital – Cancer Care Center Additions & Renovations

Project involved a 3,000 SF addition and 12,000 SF of renovations to St. Peter’s Hospital’s Cancer Care Center.

The renovation portion of the project was completed in five phases with each phase being completed while the remaining facility remained fully operational. Daily coordination with staff with regard to staging of material and tools in the project phase, routing patient traffic safely in and out of the center, and timing of excessive noise-generating activities was critical.

With highly compromised patients on the other side of construction barriers in all phases, infection control and dust protection were of paramount importance.
